Dr. Pandey has held distinguished positions as Chairman, Dean, and Assistant Dean for Admissions, Academic Affairs, and Administration.

He has spearheaded academic policies, strengthened institutional frameworks, and built schools from the ground up — including a School of Medicine, School of Biological Sciences, and School of Allied Health Sciences in prior leadership roles.

At PHU, he continues this legacy by steering the university toward the launch of the School of Health Professions (2026) and the School of Medicine (2027) in Saint Lucia.
